Subscription Policy

At Paws & Whiskers Co., our subscription program is designed to provide a convenient, worry-free way for you to receive your pet’s favorite hand-crafted products on a regular schedule—without having to place a new order each time. By enrolling in our subscription service, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Overview of the Subscription Program

Our subscription program allows you to select specific products for recurring delivery at an interval that suits your needs (e.g., every 2 weeks, every month, every 3 months). Subscribers enjoy:

  • Exclusive Discounts: Subscription orders may include special pricing not available to one-time purchasers.

  • Automatic Deliveries: Products arrive on your chosen schedule without the need to reorder.

  • Priority Access: Subscribers may receive early access to limited-edition items and seasonal releases.

  • Flexible Management: You can update your delivery schedule, product selection, payment method, or shipping address anytime through your account dashboard.


2. Enrollment and Payment

  • Subscription enrollment is available for eligible products as indicated on the product page.

  • You must have an active customer account with Paws & Whiskers Co. to manage your subscription.

  • By enrolling, you authorize us to automatically charge your chosen payment method for each recurring order until the subscription is paused or canceled.

  • Payment will be processed at the time of shipment for each scheduled delivery.


3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Subscription orders follow our Shipping Policy timelines and rates unless otherwise stated.

  • Free shipping eligibility applies to subscriptions meeting the current free shipping threshold.

  • Subscribers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped.


4. Modifications to Subscription

You can make the following changes at any time from your online account:

  • Change delivery frequency (e.g., switch from every 4 weeks to every 6 weeks).

  • Update product selections or quantities.

  • Change payment method or shipping address.

All changes must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date to take effect for that cycle.

 

5. Pausing or Skipping Deliveries

You can pause your subscription temporarily or skip an upcoming delivery without canceling. Skipped deliveries will not be charged.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty.

  • To avoid being charged for your next shipment, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date.

  • If a cancellation request is made after an order has been processed, that shipment will still be delivered, and the cancellation will take effect for the following cycle.
