2. How do I know if a product is safe for my pet?

We only select products made from non-toxic, pet-safe materials. We also review each item for design safety, durability, and suitability for specific pet sizes and activity levels. However, no product is indestructible, so we always recommend supervising your pet during use, inspecting items regularly for damage, and following the safety guidelines listed on our product pages.


3. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship select products worldwide. International delivery times vary depending on the destination but typically range from 7–21 business days. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer. For the fastest, smoothest experience, we recommend checking your country’s import policies for pet-related goods before ordering.


4. Can I return an item if my pet doesn’t like it?

In most cases, yes—provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened edible products like treats or food. If your pet has an allergy-related reaction, contact us immediately; we’ll work with you to find a safe replacement or process a return according to our Allergies Policy.


5. Do your toys work for aggressive chewers?

We do carry products that are marketed as extra-durable or designed for power chewers. These items use reinforced stitching, thicker fabrics, or ultra-tough rubber. However, even the strongest toys have limits, and no product can withstand every pet’s chewing style indefinitely. If your pet is an aggressive chewer, choose items labeled “Heavy Duty” and supervise closely during play.


6. How do your subscriptions work?

Our subscription program allows you to set up recurring deliveries of your favorite products at your preferred interval (e.g., every 2, 4, or 8 weeks). You can manage your subscription through your account—changing products, updating payment information, pausing, or canceling anytime. 7. What if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

If your package arrives damaged or missing items, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and photos of the damaged product or packaging. We will either send a replacement, ship the missing item, or issue a refund—whichever you prefer—at no additional cost.


8. Do you sell gift cards, and how do they work?

Yes, we offer digital gift cards in multiple denominations. You can send them directly to a recipient’s email address or to yourself for printing.
