1. Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges for most products within 14 days of delivery.

2. Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.
